We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Processing Times

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During busy periods, sales or promotional events, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery – £3.99
Sent via Royal Mail Second Class.

Express Delivery – £6.99
Sent via Royal Mail 24 Tracked.

Free Delivery on Orders Over £50
Orders over £50 qualify for free delivery via Royal Mail Second Class.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Royal Mail Second Class: usually 2–5 working days after dispatch

  • Royal Mail 24 Tracked: usually 1–2 working days after dispatch

Tracking Your Order

Where available, tracking details will be sent to you using your chosen contact preference once your order has been dispatched. You can use this information to track the progress of your parcel directly with Royal Mail.

Alternative Courier Services

In the event of disruption or issues affecting Royal Mail services, we reserve the right to use an alternative courier service in order to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. Where possible, you will be notified if an alternative courier has been used.

Delays

Whilst we always endeavour to ensure your order arrives quickly, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or any other courier once your parcel has been dispatched. Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including busy periods, weather conditions, strikes or courier issues.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in locating your order or raising an enquiry with Royal Mail.

Returns Shipping

Unless an item is faulty or sent incorrectly, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend that you use a tracked delivery service when returning items to us, as we cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels until they have been received by us. Proof of postage alone does not guarantee that a return has been received.

Please retain your tracking number and proof of postage until your return has been processed.
